All of North Korea’s three top military officials are believed to have been replaced, an intelligence source said Sunday, in a move that could be aimed at taming the military ahead of a denuclearization deal with the U.S. No Kwang-chol, first vice minister of the Ministry of People’s Armed Forces, replaced Pak Yong-sik as defense chief, while Ri Myong-su, chief of the KPA’s general staff, was replaced by his deputy, Ri Yong-gil, according to the source. These changes are in addition to Army Gen. Kim Su-gil’s replacement of Kim Jong-gak as director of the General Political Bureau of the Korean People’s Army. The replacement was confirmed in a North Korean state media report last month. Earlier in the day, a Japanese newspaper carried a similar report. “The North appears to have brought in new figures amid the changes in inter-Korean relations and the situation on the Korean Peninsula as the previous officials lacked flexibility in thinking,” the source said. “In particular, No Kwang-chol has been classified as a moderate person.” The changes could also be aimed at taming the military because members of the armed forces could object to a denuclearization deal that leader Kim could make in the summit talks with U.S. President Donald Trump set for June 12 in Singapore. The replacements may also represent a generational change, another intelligence source said. The changes are a shock because they take place so close to each other and come just ahead of the scheduled June 12 summit between Trump and Kim in Singapore. Some analysts said Kim was replacing older officers who were wedded to the country’s nuclear doctrine with loyalists who would follow any changes he may make following the summit. “There would be a denuclearization roadmap coming out of the summit with Trump, and it would be burdensome for Kim to have hawks who could be agitated by any desertion of the nuclear program,” said Cheong Seong-Chang, a senior fellow at South Korea’s Sejong Institute. – Yonhap News Agency: N. Mathias Rust (born 1 June 1968) is a German aviator known for his illegal landing near Red Square in Moscow on 28 May 1987, Border Guards Day. An amateur pilot, the teenager flew from Helsinki, Finland, to Moscow, being tracked several times by Soviet air defence and interceptors. The Soviet fighters never received permission to shoot him down, and several times his aeroplane was mistaken for a friendly aircraft. He landed on Vasilevsky Descent next to Red Square near the Kremlin in the capital of the Soviet Union. Rust said he wanted to create an “imaginary bridge” to the East, and he has said that his flight was intended to reduce tension and suspicion between the two Cold War sides. Rust’s flight through a supposedly impenetrable air defence system had great effect on the Soviet military and led to the dismissal of many senior officers, including Minister of Defence Marshal of the Soviet Union Sergei Sokolov and the Commander-in-Chief of the Soviet Air Defence Forces, former World War II fighter ace pilot Chief Marshal Alexander Koldunov. The incident aided Mikhail Gorbachev in the implementation of his reforms, by allowing him to dismiss numerous military officials opposed to his policies. Rust was sentenced to four years in prison (for violation of border crossing and air traffic regulations, and provoking an emergency situation upon his landing). He was officially pardoned by the Chairman of the Presidium of the Supreme Soviet Andrei Gromyko, and released after 14 months in prison. Around 7:00 p.m. Rust appeared above Moscow. He had initially intended to land in the Kremlin, but he reasoned that landing inside, hidden by the Kremlin walls, would have allowed the KGB to arrest him and deny the incident. Therefore, he changed his landing spot to Red Square. Heavy pedestrian traffic did not allow him to land there either, so after circling about the square one more time, he was able to land on Bolshoy Moskvoretsky Bridge by St. Basil’s Cathedral. A later inquiry found that trolleybus wires normally strung over the bridge—which would have prevented his landing there—had been removed for maintenance that morning, and were replaced the next day. He described his flight as a peace mission prompted by his disillusionment at the slow progress of disarmament talks. But his mission to, as he saw it, unite east and west certainly had its ramifications, not least in giving the then Soviet leader, Mikhail Gorbachev, an excuse to sack 200 military officials including his defence minister and others who were opposed to his Glasnost reforms. He was released early in a goodwill gesture to the west by Gorbachev after he and the US president Ronald Reagan signed a treaty to eliminate intermediate-range nuclear weapons in Europe. – Wikipedia: Mathias Rust; DW English: Kremlin Caper: Mathias Rust’s Landing on Red Square; The Guardian: German who flew to Red Square during cold war admits it was irresponsible; The Guardian: Matthias Rust: the teenager who flew to Red Square; DR Documentary: Mathias Rust in Red Square.

We need some sort of relationship like that between Washington and Beijing today, I think. And I do not mean in any way that we should rule the world together. What I mean is the [ecological & economic collapse consequences of WiP ‘right to breed/consume above ecological carrying capacity limits’ intnl law] challenges like we’re going to confront in the 21st century, challenges that could be [species ending] existential, challenges like climate change, challenges like enough water to drink, enough food to eat, and so forth — I’ve seen some projections that say — by climatologists whose views I respect, that say by the end of this century we could have only arable land and water enough for some half-billion people. China recently executed the top drug regulator Zheng Xiaoyu for corruption. But even the Chinese government appears powerless to stop the faking syndicates, because in the modern world everyone wants a bargain. A new form of capitalism has emerged and it is bordering on anarchy. Capitalism is only good when it is restrained by decency, morality and law.

“The seventh principle of humanitarian action in armed conflict says: “Contextualization: Effective humanitarian action should encompass a comprehensive view of overall needs and of the impact of interventions. Encouraging respect for human rights and addressing the underlying causes of conflicts are essential elements.” – Dec 1994: Dept of the Army, Field Manual 100-23, Peace Operations.

All International Treaty’s addressing war or peace issues, which do not address the underlying ecological overshoot and civilized patriarchy ‘right to breed/consume with total disregard for ecological carrying capacity limits’ root causes of conflict; should be deemed fraudulent and hence null and void; or appropriately amended.

Suggested Definitions:

Breeding/Consumption Scarcity Combatant Parties to the Conflict:

Any individual, organisation or nation whose procreation or consumption footprint violates its commons carrying capacity limits; should be designated as a ‘breeding/consumption’ scarcity combatant party to any local, regional, national or international resource scarcity related conflict.

Breeding/Consumption Weapons of War:

“We must all understand that the most potent weapons of war are the penis, the womb, and the ego. Therefore, if you cannot convince a group to control its population and consumption, to below carrying capacity limits; by discussion, debate, intelligent analysis, etc.; you must consider their action in using the penis and the womb to increase population; or using the ego to consume in violation of carrying capacity limits; an Act of War” – Amended version of quote by Judge Jason G. Brent, in Humans: An Endangered Species.

Biological Warfare:

Biological Warfare is simply a symptom of breeding and consumption biological behaviours. The most dangerous root cause biological warfare ingredients are (a) male sperm; (b) female ovaries; and (c) ego-gender insecurity memeplexes that have hijacked our brain-matter/minds; to engage in breeding war and consumption warfare behaviour; resulting in ecological overshoot, standing armies and finally military biological warfare.

Chemical Warfare:

Chemical Warfare is simply a symptom of breeding and consumption chemical behaviours. The most dangerous root cause chemical warfare ingredients are (a) male sperm; (b) female ovaries; and (c) ego-gender insecurity memeplexes that have hijacked our brain-matter/minds; to engage in breeding war and consumption warfare behaviour; resulting in ecological overshoot, standing armies and finally military chemical warfare.

Fraud of UN ‘Peace’ and ‘War’ Treaties:

Any United Nations endorsed international treaty related to ‘war’ or ‘peace’ that ignores specifically addressing the breeding war and consumption war violation of carrying capacity limits root causes of ecological overshoot, which subsequently manifests as cannon fodder standing armies and their creation of military chemical, biological, technological, electronic and other related warfare ingredients, is based upon deception and fraud.

More specifically: EoP Applicants [eop-applicants.tygae.org.za] TRC process advocate’s the implementation of an EoP Scientific and Cultural Law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] international law social contract that shall (a) require all citizens of all races, religions, nations, to breed and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits [eop-footprint.tygae.org.za]; or be humanely eliminated from the planetary genepool [crimes-of-aggression.tygae.org.za]; (b) nationalizes all property [eop-sdwipecon.tygae.org.za] and provide all responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] oath [eop-axis-oath.tygae.org.za] citizens a property ration [property-ration.tygae.org.za] to enable their shelter and survival self-sufficiency to enable the rebuilding of a relocalized low-tech organic agrarian sustainable future.

Detailed information is available at EoP Scientific and Cultural Law detailing generally speaking how EoP Scientific and Cultural Law would work when someone is accused of a procreation, consumption or deception crime of aggression.

EoP Scientific and Cultural Law international law will provide a basic income of a property ration [property-ration.tygae.org.za] to all individuals who have signed their responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] oath to enable their shelter and survival self-sufficiency to enable the rebuilding of a relocalized low-tech organic agrarian sustainable future.

Furthermore: if or when EoP intl law is implemented; EoP Scientific and Cultural Law international law shall allow cultural law territorial self rule [cult-law-self-rule.tygae.org.za], for groups with subjective racial, religious& gender culture-conflict identities; who are willing to adopt responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] procreation, consumption and informed consent lifestyle changes, enabling a higher degree of orderly and humane deindustrialization and depopulation cooperation through the sharing of sub-cultural lifestyle values; in such self rule communities.

EoP Intnl law non-violent deindustrialization & depopulation cultural revolution:

According to EoP interpretation of Alliance for World Scientists [MG Copy] and Near Term Extinction abrupt climate change scientists [SQ Copy] warnings; there is a very small window of opportunity – 2018, latest 2020 – to implement Ecology of Peace Scientific and Cultural law as international law, to enable orderly and humane deindustrialization and depopulation, and enable the Genghis Khan reforestation effect to mitigate [PNG] exponential growth climate change and ecological collapse. Put simply: if EoP Scientific and Cultural law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] is not implemented by latest 2020, we are all – black, white, brown, yellow, rich, poor, old, young, male, female – locking ourselves into our ‘Je Suis . If you are or were an unconscious member of a Masonic War is Peace culture, who sincerely cares about cooperating [eop-cooperator.tygae.org.za] to implement orderly and humane deindustrialization and depopulation; you are welcome to withdraw yourself from Masonic War is Peace cultural membership by signing your responsible freedom[responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] oath. Alternatively you can also delay your withdrawal from Masonic War is Peace cultural membership; until EoP Scientific and Cultural law is implemented as international law; by cooperating [eop-cooperator.tygae.org.za] to – among others – ask your family, friends, church, employers, business to sign their familial or organizational EoP Peace Policy Statements [eop-policy-stmnt.tygae.org.za].
