The tygae website currently states: “Account Suspended. This Account has been suspended. Contact your hosting provider for more information.”

Could you kindly clarify who suspended my account and website.

I paid Cybersmart to host the tygae.org.za website – including domain name – in full on 07 Nov 2017, for one year to 07 Nov 2018.

On 06 Nov 2017: Payment of R449.00; for blue package from 07 Nov 2017 to 07 Nov 2018.
On 07 Feb 2018: Payment of R180.00; for 9 month upgrade to yellow package to 07 Nov 2018.
