Juliana v USA et al:

EoP Re: SCOTUS 02 Nov Order Re: Juliana v USA climate change lawsuit.

EoP MILED Clerk multi-tasking – on behalf of Dalio Pittard [daliopittard.tygae.org.za] and EoP Applicants [eop-applicants.tygae.org.za] whose preferences are available at Ego/Eco Literacy [ego-eco-literacy.tygae.org.za] – EoP TRC to End Abel and Kane Cold War [eoptrc-akcoldwar.tygae.org.za] to implement EoP Scientific and Cultural law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] as international law negotiations correspondence; to enable responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] orderly and humane prisoner release [prisoner-pardon.tygae.org.za] land reform [eop-landreform.tygae.org.za] denuclearization [eop-denuke-defn.tygae.org.za] de-industrialization and depopulation [eop-v-wip-deindpopn.tygae.org.za].

Disclosure: If or when implemented EoP SciCult Law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] EoP Axis [eop-axis.tygae.org.za] Foreign Policy [eop-axis-forpol.tygae.org.za] international law shall allow all nations to ban all WiP immigration.

EoP TRC correspondence to Juliana v USA – SCOTUS 18A-410, 18-505, 17A1304, 9th Circuit: 18-72776, 18-71928, 17-71692; D. Oregon: Case No. 6:15-cv-01517-TC-AA – documented at Chernaik v Brown [chernaik-v-brown.tygae.org.za]

EoP Simple Justice – Children and/or Village Idiots like EoP MILED Clerk can Understand – Summary:

[A] Juliana v USA alleges that federal government violated their constitutional rights by causing dangerous carbon dioxide concentrations – climate change:  any change in the state of the climate lasting for an extended period of time; including changes in surface and ocean temperature, precipitation, or wind patterns, among other effects, that occur over several decades or longer, attributed directly or indirectly to human activity. Climate Change includes ocean acidification, sea level rise, and other impacts resulting from the increased concentration of greenhouse gases in the atmosphere and oceans. Climate Change also has been called inadvertent weather modification, the greenhouse effect, CO2 problem, carbon dioxide problem, climatic changes, global warming, global change, global heating, atmospheric pollution by carbon dioxide or other greenhouse gases, and dilution of carbon 14 by fossil carbon [Plaintiffs Req for Documents, pp.04, dd. 07.03.2017 PDF] – and they want the court to help them fix the climate change problem.

[B] Climate Change is a direct and/or indirect consequence of overpopulation and/or overconsumption by individuals who call themselves humans, citizens of nations.

[C] Human overconsumption and overpopulation are a direct consequence of clauses of international law allowing citizens in all nations; to procreate and/or consume above ecological carrying capacity limits.

[D] To help the court to help the applicants to take steps toward reversing the climate change problem; the applicants should request the court to recommend amendment of clauses of international law allowing humans to procreate and/or consume above ecological carrying capacity limits; and replace them with clauses that require all humans of all nations and races and religions to procreate and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits.

[E] Helpful information for the Justices towards recommending international law clauses to reverse climate change is: what is a sustainable procreation and consumption human footprint; that is (a) scientifically based and (b) stated in simple language clear enough for layperson citizens, children and village idiots in all nations to understand.
If Juliana v USA is an EoP Application:

EoP refers to Ecology of Peace. WiP refers to Masonic War is Peace.

Ecology of Peace Law — like EoP media, religion, charity, psychology, academia etc — is founded upon EoP Radical Honoursty Factual Reality; providing advocacy and information on how to cooperate to shut down the WiP Ponzi profiteering of resource conflict and misery economy, by turning off the tap; — i.e. the breeding / consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits — causes of — racial, religious, economic, ideological, political, psychological, academic, media, military, etc — resource conflict and war; by implementing Ecology of Scientific and Cultural law as international law; to enable orderly and humane de-industrialization and depopulation; that (a) requires all citizens of all races, religions, nations, to breed and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits; or be humanely eliminated from the planetary genepool; (b) nationalizes all property and provides all responsible freedom oath citizens: (i) cultural law self rule for groups with subjective racial, religious & gender identities; and (ii) a property ration to enable their shelter and survival self-sufficiency to enable the rebuilding of a relocalized low-tech organic agrarian sustainable future.

Masonic War is Peace Law — like WiP academia, religion, charity, psychology, media etc — consciously or unconsciously ignores or avoids educating their readers, customers, clients, etc of the — procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits; enabled by the WiP right to procreate and consume above ecological carrying capacity limits clauses of international law — root causes of all — racial, religious, economic, ideological, political, psychological, academic, media, military, etc — resource conflict; enabling them to socio-politically, economically, etc parasitically profit from the racial, religious and class resource war conflict misery, resulting from overpopulation/consumption colliding with finite resources.

A ‘Conflict of Cultures’ court or arbitrator would consider culturally based evidence from any individual whatever their culture; even if none of the courts judges or arbitrators were members of one or both of the parties cultures; in order to reach a win-win conflict of EoP v WiP cultural laws compromise. A Monoculture court will consider only culturally based evidence from a particular EoP or WiP culture; which could be racial, religious, class or ideological. An EoP and WiP court or arbitrator would consider both EoP and WiP cultural evidence; even if none of the courts judges or arbitrators were members of one or both of the parties cultures. A WiP only court would consider only WiP cultural evidence – although it may provide conflict of cultures arbitration if parties are members of different racial, religious, class or gender WiP sub-cultures – denying access to the court’s arbitration proceedings, from individuals who are not members of a WiP culture.

EoP RH FR: EoP Radical Honoursty Functional Interpretation of Objective Reality Transforming the World Constraints for Sincere Peaceniks / Honourable Warriors:

Ecology of Peace Radical Honoursty Factual Reality [eop-rh-fr.tygae.org.za] and EoP Scientific and Cultural Law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] are EoP culture’s functional group shared system of thought and action frame of orientation and object of inter-species relating devotion interpretation of reality for individuals whose object of devotion/values include: (i) honest – race, religious, gender and cultural – relationships; (ii) an ecological carrying capacity based perspective of observable factual social contract reality; and (iii) non-violent cooperative root cause problem solving.

[1] Earth is not flat. [2] Resources are finite. [3] When humans breed or consume above ecological carrying capacity limits, it results in ecological overshoot, resource depletion and resource conflict. [4] Some of the socio-cultural and psycho-political consequences of overpopulation & consumption collision with declining resources include: poverty, slavery, unemployment, food shortages, food inflation, cost of living increases, urban sprawl, traffic jams, toxic waste, pollution, peak oil, peak water, peak food, peak population, species extinction, loss of biodiversity, peak resources, racial, religious, class, gender resource war conflict, militarized police, psycho-social and cultural conformity pressures on free speech, etc; inter-cultural conflict; legal, political and corporate corruption, etc. [5] The root cause of humans breeding and consuming above ecological carrying capacity limits is the ‘right to breed and consume with total disregard for ecological carrying capacity limits’ clauses of the Masonic War is Peace international law social contract. [6] If individuals, families, tribes, races, religions, political parties, corporations and/or nations sincerely – aka egological literacy [ego-eco-literacy.tygae.org.za] – want to (a) sustainably protect natural resources for future generations; and/or (b) reduce class, racial and/or religious local, national and international resource war conflict; and/or (c) enable honourable, transparent and humane international cooperative de-industrialization and depopulation of the planet to return to living in accordance to ecological carrying capacity limits; they should (d) cooperate [eop-cooperator.tygae.org.za] to nullify the ‘right to breed and consume with total disregard for ecological carrying capacity limits’ clauses and replace them with Ecology of Peace Scientific and Cultural law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] clauses that restricts all the worlds citizens to breed and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits; or be humanely eliminated from the planetary genepool.

The EoP John Brown – how to get along without overbreeding / consuming / deceiving – Question is: What is a Sustainable Procreation and Consumption footprint?:

EoP MILED Clerk requests Juliana v USA applicants, counsel and experts constructive criticism as to the (a) scientific accuracy and (b) simplicity of village idiot simple language; of EoP Applicants sustainable footprint definition, as documented at EoP Footprint [eop-footprint.tygae.org.za].

The Ecology of Peace legal ‘sustainability’ – aka sustainable procreation and consumption footprint [eop-footprint.tygae.org.za] – definition has been submitted to among others International Criminal Court Judges [29 Dec 2015: ICC: Judge Silvia Fernandez de Gurmendi: Re: EoP ICC Private Pros: EoP PoW’s -v- Nobel Committee and Peace Laureates et al], US Secretary of State [03 Sep 2017: US Sec State: EoP suggested Amendment of ‘terrorist’ org definition in S. 219 Immigration & Nationality Act (INA)] and Intnl Court of Justice: Permanent Court of Arbitration Environmental Disputes Experts [03 Jun 2018: PCA: Hugo Siblesz: EoP Re: Judge JBrent: SustDev academic fraudsters should be executed] for their constructive criticism as to the (a) scientific accuracy and (b) village idiot simple language constructive criticism feedback.

If Juliana et al do not have any constructive criticism to (a) dispute the scientific accuracy and (b) help to further simplify the village idiot simple language; of EoP Applicants sustainable footprint definition, as documented at EoP Footprint [eop-footprint.tygae.org.za].

The EoP Applicants recommend the implementation of EoP Footprint [eop-footprint.tygae.org.za]   – aka EoP Scientific law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] – by means of supporting EoP Axis [eop-axis.tygae.org.za] Presidents and/or Supreme/Constitutional Court Justices to begin official EoP TRC to End Abel and Kane Cold War [eoptrc-akcoldwar.tygae.org.za] negotiations to implement EoP Scientific and Cultural law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] as international law. Detailed information is available at EoP Scientific and Cultural Law detailing generally speaking how EoP Scientific and Cultural Law would work when someone is accused of a procreation, consumption or deception crime of aggression.

EoP MILED Clerk request Juliana v USA application be amended as follows:
Juliana et al applicants request SCOTUS order to support the Office of the President to begin official EoP Axis [eop-axis.tygae.org.za] EoP TRC to End Abel and Kane Cold War [eoptrc-akcoldwar.tygae.org.za] to implement EoP Scientific and Cultural law [eop-scicultlaw.tygae.org.za] as international law negotiations; to enable responsible freedom [responsible-freedom.tygae.org.za] orderly and humane prisoner release [prisoner-pardon.tygae.org.za] land reform [eop-landreform.tygae.org.za] denuclearization [eop-denuke-defn.tygae.org.za] de-industrialization and depopulation [eop-v-wip-deindpopn.tygae.org.za].
SCOTUS: EoP and WiP; or WiP Only:

If – any, some or all – SCOTUS judges decide they are WiP Only Justices [30 Oct: EoP Re: 10th Circuit Court: John Roberts v Brett Kavanaugh & US v Tim McVeigh]; and Chief Justice Roberts consents to an EoP exemption application being referred to an EoP and WiP Justice. The EoP recommended EoP and WiP SCOTUS was/is Judge Jason Brent [eop-v-jgb.tygae.org.za].

State of South Carolina state legislators did cooperate to draft – cultural exemption from mainstream state legislation applied to all other citizens – legislation [eop-ncb774.tygae.org.za] on behalf of US South Carolina citizen Eustace Conway and his Turtle Island Preserve. I don’t know to what extent – if any – the EoP Amicus [03 Jun: Military Necessity / National Security Justifications for Legally Supporting Turtle Island to continue teaching De-Industrialized Primitivist Living Skills] submitted on behalf of Eustace and Turtle Island Preserve, factored into the South Carolina legislators decision-making.
» EoP Leg Sub: 30 Oct: EoP Re: 10th Circuit Court: John Roberts v Brett Kavanaugh & US v Tim McVeigh; 02 Nov: EoP Re: ECHR: John Roberts v Krzysztof Wojtyczek; 16425/13: LJ v Norway; Re: Norway v Breivik.

If Juliana v USA agrees to be an EoP application:

EoP MILED Clerk is willing to file a supporting EoP Amicus requesting Justice John Roberts to request all WiP Only SCOTUS Justices, to recuse themselves from SCOTUS adjudication of the Juliana v USA EoP – aka sincere peacenik / honourable warrior [eop-rh-fr.tygae.org.za] – application; and to authorize Judge Jason Brent to adjudicate Juliana v USA on their behalf.

If Juliana v USA decides to remain a WiP application:

EoP MILED Clerk is willing to file an EoP Amicus requesting Justice John Roberts to request all EoP and WiP SCOTUS Justices, to endorse Judge Jason Brent’s – humanely execute all sustainable development fraudsters – recommendations. If any Juliana et al applicants, counsel and expert witness are convicted of being intentional sustainable development fraudsters; the penalty for intentional deception crimes of aggression [crimes-of-aggression.tygae.org.za] is death; by means of the convicted individuals preferred means of assisted suicide. Sustainable Development Fraudsters definition: An individual fraudulently pretending to the EoP and WiP court that they are concerned about dangerous carbon dioxide concentration climate change consequences of overpopulation and overconsumption; while doing fuck all about cooperating with EoP Applicants to draw up a scientifically based clear and simple sustainable – procreation and consumption below ecological carrying capacity limits footprint [eop-footprint.tygae.org.za] – definition.

A copy of this correspondence is documented at EoP Legal Submissions [eop-leg-sub.tygae.org.za].
