EoP Info for Kavita Karnad Samuel via Mumbai Bar Assoc: Re: Raphael Samuel.

“I want everyone in India and the world to realise that they are brought in this world without their consent ….they do not owe their parents anything and if we are born without our consent, we should be maintained for our life. We should be paid by our parents to live,” he says in the video. He has not elaborated on which court he plans to move. Raphael’s parents are lawyers, and he says he shares a cordial relationship with them. “I have got their full support. But I know they will have a different view-point in court. But try to understand that the issue which I am raising is vast. Besides, it has few objectives such as controlling the population, maintaining ecological balance,” he told reporters. He concedes that it is impossible to ask a child for his or her consent before being born. – News18: Mumbai Man Raphael Samuel Wants to Sue Parents for Giving Birth to Him Without His ‘Consent’.

However, those who know about the philosophical concept called antinatalism, which ‘assigns negative value to birth’, Raphael’s idea may not come as a big surprise. Followers of this philosophy, also known as antinatalists, believe people should refrain from having children because it is morally wrong and they are staunch believers of the idea that the world is a better place with fewer children. In fact, China’s one-child policy is a result of antinatalist philosophy. – Times of India: What is antinatalism? And why Raphael Samuel of Mumbai is suing his parents for giving birth to him!.

I’m Raphael’s mother and this is my response to the recent upheaval my son has created. 1: I must admire my son’s temerity to want to take his parents to court knowing both of us are lawyers. 2. If Raphael could come up with a rational explanation as to how we could have sought his consent to be born, I will accept my fault. 3. The media has focussed on a sliver of what Raphael believes in. His belief in anti natalism, his concern for the burden on Earth’s resources due to needless life, his sensitivity toward the pain experienced unwittingly by children while growing up and so much more has been ruefully forgotten. I’m very happy that my son has grown up into a fearless, independent thinking young man. He is sure to find his path to happiness. – Kavita Karnad Samuel; Raphael Samuel: The Mother speaks

During its independence movement, Mahatma Gandhi called attention to population growth and relied on abstinence as a solution. However, the government was first in the world to establish family-planning program first involving birth control, and then moving on to sterilizations. In 1956, seven thousand people were sterilized, and strong campaign advocating along with incentives aimed to encourage couple to limit themselves to two children per family  When this policy turned out to be ineffective, the government ordered sterilization of men with more than three children, but it soon expanded to sterilizations of even homeless and beggars. “Up to 8 million vasectomies were performed in India in 1976, many of them under questionable circumstances” (Aaseng 82). – CUNY: Doris Baus: Overpopulation and the Impact on the Environment.

I sued my parents for giving birth to me without my consent. Put differently I sued my parents to help me pay for my non-violent humane and orderly departure from the planet that they procreated me onto without my consent. The case was heard in George Magistrates Court.

The magistrate referred it to mediation. The current mediation result is that my parents agreed that I could use my inheritance funds to pay for my assisted suicide departure at Dignitas [eop-v-dignitas.tygae.org.za] or in Siberia Russia. The next step will be to go to the High Court, to get our mediation agreement to be made an order of court.

In another case where a young man sued his parents for neglect [NBC News: Man sues parents for not loving him enough; New York Daily News: Homeless freeloader files suit against Bedford-Stuyvesant parents to open two Domino’s Pizza franchises; DailyMail.UK: Homeless man, 32, files $200K lawsuit against his parents for childhood neglect so he can buy a Domino’s Pizza franchise and be self-employed]; I submitted an EoP Amicus on his behalf [bb-v-bvm.tygae.org.za].

A credible Judicial System would find that the Applicant was born unloved and unwanted, as a consequence of AnthroCorpoCentric Legislator’s failure to legislate Breeding / Parenting licences, to protect the rights of unborn and unwanted children, from unloving and incompetent parenting; while hypocritically demanding Occupational Licences for hundreds of occupations, sometimes even from children for lemonade stands, to protect those occupations consumers from alleged incompetent service and products; as a result of their corrupt endorsement of the Corporatocracy’s Human Factory Farming Matrix: Poverty stricken voters for the Slavery Vote Farm ghetto’s; and Surplus labour for the Cannon Fodder War Economy Racket.

In another case I sued the South African Dept of Transport [lj-v-dot.tygae.org.za] for demanding that I should have a bicycle trailer licence, to prove that my bicycle trailer was stable enough to be on the road; when they did not demand that men and women get ‘stable family’ licence, prior to being allowed to give birth; to prove that they can provide a child with a stable family home environment.

Re: Rational explanation for gaining a souls consent prior to birth:

If God exists:

A message [IG: 16-05-19_godallah-nasamir-consensualbreeding] sent to God / Allah via NASA and Roscosmos for them to beam the message into space: asking whether there was any soul in the universe who consented to being conceived onto a planet called Earth, currently managed in accordance to Masonic War is Peace economic and military slavery international law.

I don’t know if NASA / Roscosmos did beam my message into space or not. Either way as of date, there has not been any unborn soul sending an unequivocal ‘Yes I want to be born on a planet run by Masonic War is Peace human factory farming cannon fodder slavery leaders’ message. Not a problem, I don’t mind dyeing and floating around the universe in cosmic peacedust consciousness, waiting to be born – with my fully informed consent – on a planet where the beings live in accordance to an EoP SciCult Law social contract; where I can live a life of responsible freedom relating.

In the meantime while living on Masonic War is Peace human factory farming cannon fodder earth; I do what I can to educate people about responsible freedom procreation and consumption, including fully informed consent ‘conception’.

Did God Hear my message?: I don’t know.

Presuming there is a God/Allah – depending on how that concept is defined – s/he does not personally listen individually to everyone’s complaints – which would make her/him schizophrenic – s/he is capable of delegating listening jobs to others; perhaps to alien extra-terrestrials: Disclosure Project National Press Club: Witness Testimony: 01:02?
» IG: 16-05-19_godallah-nasamir-consensualbreeding; 19 Dec: EoP Re: Stuart Schneidermann: Philosophers for Genocide.

Responsible Freedom Parenting:

My policy; if or when a man asked if I would be interested in being the mother of his child has been as follows:

I have suggested that the man accompanies me down to the police station; where he can play a game of Russian Roulette. If after he has stuck the gun to his head and pulled the Russian Roulette trigger and he is still alive after his first round, hopefully he has now started thinking with his brain and not his penis. If so: he can ask me such a fucking dumb stupid question again. Then he can stick the gun to his head again and pull the trigger.

Generally speaking they never mentioned the issue again.

Put differently: Do I look and act and talk like the kind of woman who wants to be a brood sow of slaves onto a planet of Masonic War is Peace slavery [Stefan Molyneux: The Story of Your [WiP] Enslavement; Human Farming: Our Enslavement; PETA: Sunny Acre Farms; ELS Ref]?

There are men who think with the grey matter in their skulls, and there are men are nothing more than slaves to their penises. Your son appears to be the former. India should be proud of such a peacenik educator.

Those who think with their penises are fine for fucking; some of them may even know that such a thing as a clitoris exists, others not [Shirley Valentine: Ford Escort]. They are not good fatherhood parenting material.
