Re: H 51/19: LJ v Graeme Johnstone et al

Frode & Talitha Moe:

Grg HCrt: H 51/19: LJ v GHJ: Sheriff Service: Frode & Talitha Moe.

I called the Sheriff a few minutes ago and spoke to Jonathan to enquire whether the Sheriff had served the documents in Case H51/19: LJ v Graeme Johnstone et al.

Jonathan said that Frode and Talitha had telephoned the Sheriff’s office to request that the documents not be served on their Counsel: Millers Attorneys, but that Frode and Talitha would travel to the Sheriff’s office to be served at the Sheriff’s office.

Jonathan said that he had been phoning and phoning the numbers given to him by Frode and Talitha, to arrange a time when Frode and Talitha would go to the Sheriff’s office to be served by the Sheriff, but that the numbers given to him by Frode / Talitha were not being answered.

I said that I would email Frode and Talitha, CC the Sheriff’s office; to enquire what the problem was.

Graeme and Hilary:

Grg HCrt: H 51/19: LJ v GHJ: Sheriff Service: Graeme & Hilary Johnstone.

I asked if that was allowed. Jonathan said it was.

He also said that he had not yet served the documents on Graeme and Hilary Johnstone, at Fancourt Homeowners Association.

If it suits you better to make arrangements to travel to the Sheriff’s office, to be served at the Sheriff’s office, you can contact the Sheriffs office at:

Tel: 044-873-5555     |     Cell: 078 312 3967
E-mail: jo12@mweb.co.za

The Sheriff’s office is at: 21 Hibernia Street, Office No. 9, JC Joubert Building, George

21 Hibernia Street / JC Joubert Building is between Mitchell and Merriman St. The office is a small business arcade next to George Battery Center, diagonally opposite from De Jagers. The Sheriffs office is at the far south end of the business arcade.
