Cobus Meiring and Eugene Gunning:

EoP Re: George Herald: Cobus Meiring on Garden Route Climate Change Indaba.

George Herald: Eugene Gunning: Do you think enough is being done about the root causes of climate change. Is enough being done to investigate it?
Garden Route Environmental Forum: Cobus Meiring: No, I don’t think so. The media look at the opinions that opinion-makers have about it; there definately is not being done enough about it. Unfortunately on the southern point of Africa there is very little we can do about the root causes, excluding perhaps emissions; but otherwise we have a problem.

EoP Culture Re: Root causes of Climate Change:

The root causes of climate change – and all other racial, religious, class and gender military, economic and ecological resource conflict problems – (A) subsequent to establishment of League of Nations: the codified clauses of international law enabling beings who call themselves citizens to procreate and consume above ecological carrying capacity limits; (B) subsequent to establishment of nations and prior to establishment of League of Nations: the absence of national treaties codifying clauses of international treaty laws requiring citizens of all nations to procreate and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits; (C) prior to establishment of nations: (i) racial and religious tribes adopting totalitarian agricultural [TSW: Daniel Quinn on Totalitarian Agriculture: Excerpt: What a Way to Go; Life at the End of Empire] practices enabling procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits; and (ii) the absence of inter-tribal treaties codifying clauses of regional or continental laws requiring citizens of all nations to procreate and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits.

Gimbutas noted the stable – no population & economic consumption growth – Steppe Aryan population: that a low tech agrarian village founded in 8000 BC was still a low tech agrarian village in 4000BC. This also allowed them to sustainably farm the land, and live in peace. There are no steppe Aryan palaces. No harems; they didnt even have marriage, just as the Musou still today. Among whom, rape & murder are so rare they dont have words for it. – SQSwans: Day Brown: Proto Indo-European: 23 January 2017.
» McVeigh 2020: Return to Eden: EoP – End Civ – UN Resolution.

The Ecology of Peace culture advocates on behalf of abolishing the Babylon WiP clauses of international law enabling citizens to procreate and consume above ecological carrying capacity limits; and implementing Ecology of Peace Scientific and Cultural law [eop-scicultlaw] – based on EoP Footprint [eop-footprint] – as international law; requiring all citizens of all nations, races and religions to procreate and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits.

Implementing EoP SciCult law as international law:

Enclosed please find Ecology of Peace – Exit Babylon WiP intnl-law – UN Resolution [eop-un-res: PDF Encl] pp.23-66 excerpt of George High Court H 111/19: LJ v Lindiwe Sisulu & Eight Others[lj-v-ls: PDF] application to implement EoP Scientific and Cultural law as international law.

The EoP TRC to End Abel and Kane Cold War Pro Se Amicus submitted – with consent from SA Concourt Justices [PDF] – to the South African Constitutional Court in CCT 23-10: The Citizen v Robert McBride [tc-v-rm] argued that South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission was negligent and/or a fraud, denying both sides – Apartheid and Anti-Apartheid – an honest enquiry into the root — clauses of international law enabling procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits — causes of all planetary racial, religious and class resource conflict.

Confirming Ecology of Peace culture legal status:

FYI: A draft copy of the Ecology of Peace culture order [PDF: pp.09-32/43 excerpt of Applicants Reply Affidavit PDF; and pp.06-29/31 excerpt of Closing Statements PDF] being requested from the George High Court in H 45/19: LJ v CRLRC and One Other [lj-v-crlrc] to confirm among others applicants Ecology of Peace culture membership.

The George Herald – among others – was legally invited as part of GMC 517/19: LJ v FW de Klerk and 10 Others [lj-v-fwdk]; to confirm the accuracy and/or inaccuracy of Ecology of Peace sincere peacenik / honourable warrior legal definition, but, if my interpretation of the George Heralds legal council – JS Marais Inc – response is accurate; they have so far declined.

A transcript of Ecology of Peace culture correspondence to George Herald Editors and Journalists can be found at EoP v George Herald [eop-v-grgherald] and George Mayor and Councillors [eop-v-grgmayor].

A copy of this correspondence shall be documented at EoP Legal Submissions [eop-leg-sub.tygae.org.za].
