Ms Miller:

EoP Req for Env. Info to Gina Miller ITO Aarhus Convention.

Request to Gina Miller for Environment Information in terms of Aarhus Convention [UN Treaties: PDF] Article 4: Access to Environment Information; Article 5: Collection and Dissemination of Environmental Information; Article 6: Public Participation in Decision on Specific Activities.

Outside the court, Ms Miller urged MPs to return to parliament and “be brave and bold” in holding “this unscrupulous government” to account. “This is not a win for any individual or cause but a win for parliamentary sovereignty and the separation of powers and independence of our British courts,” she said. “Today’s win confirms we are a nation governed by the rule of law ….. laws that everyone even the prime minister is not above.” – Financial Times: How Gina Miller’s second court victory hit PM’s Brexit plans.

Request for British independent ‘EoP & WiP’ or ‘WiP Only’ courts information:

EoP working hypothesis is that UK courts are not ‘EoP and WiP’ independent courts, but ‘WiP Only’ courts. Put differently that they don’t accept complaints and/or applications from EoP culture citizens; they only accept complaints and/or applications from Babylonian WiP citizens.

Summary of eop-leg-sub-uk & eop-nte-gmuk: eop-v-wip-law correspondence:

As of date I have not found any UK:
* citizens interested in voluntary truthseeking enquiry discussion of Ecology of Peace legal principles; let alone willing to cooperate to implement EoP legal principles via legal applications to UK courts;
* law enforcement agency that considers itself independent enough to accept complaints from individuals who are members of an Ecology of Peace culture.
* lawyers and/or parliamentarians that consider themselves independent enough to accept complaints and/or submissions from individuals in the UK or outside the UK; who are members of an Ecology of Peace culture.
* courts that consider themselves independent enough to accept applications from UK citizens and/or other nations citizens; who are members of an Ecology of Peace culture.

Questions for Ms Miller:

Do you know of any UK:
* lawyers and/or parliamentarians that consider themselves independent enough to accept complaints and/or submissions from individuals in the UK or outside the UK; who are members of an Ecology of Peace culture.
* law enforcement agency that considers itself independent enough to accept complaints from individuals who are members of an Ecology of Peace culture.
* courts that consider themselves independent enough to accept applications from UK citizens and/or other nations citizens; who are members of an Ecology of Peace culture.

EoP Req for Info: HoC Speaker: Is HoC Climate Emergency Declaration EoP or WiP?

On 1 May 2019, the United Kingdom Labour Party got unanimous support for a non-binding motion in favour of a climate emergency declaration in the House of Commons, claiming Britain thereby was the first country in the world where a bipartisan parliament had declared a climate emergency. – Climate Emergency Declaration: Climate emergency declarations in 1,020 jurisdictions and local governments cover 262 million citizens: United Kingdom: Bipartisan UK Parliament declares a climate emergency.

Gimbutas noted the stable – no population & economic consumption growth – Steppe Aryan population: that a low tech agrarian village founded in 8000 BC was still a low tech agrarian village in 4000BC. This also allowed them to sustainably farm the land, and live in peace. There are no steppe Aryan palaces, prisons, mental institutions, homeless and unemployed. No harems; they didnt even have marriage, just as the Musou still today. Among whom, rape & murder are so rare they dont have words for it. – SQSwans: Day Brown: Proto Indo-European: 23 January 2017.
» McVeigh 2020: Return to Eden: EoP – End Civ – UN Resolution.

Request for Information:

An Ecology of Peace application in the George High Court: H 225/19: LJ v Speaker: George Municipal Council [PDF] provisionally describes the UK House of Commons Climate Emergency Declaration as a Babylon War is Peace Climate Emergency Declaration.

Summary: Difference between Ecology of Peace and Babylon WiP Climate Emergency Declarations:

[10] National Parliaments who have declared climate emergency resolutions – presumably as a result of their lawyers consciously or unconsciously being WiP lawyers: i.e. their legal services are based upon Babylon WiP law – are the Welsh Parliament (29 April 2019); Scotland Parliament (28 April 2019); United Kingdom House of Commons (1 May 2019); Gibraltar Parliament (3 May 2019), Republic of Ireland Parliament (9 May 2019); Isle of Man parliament (10 May 2019); Parliament of Portugal (7 June 2019); Canadian House of Commons (17 June 2019); French parliament (27 June 2019); Argentina Parliament (17 July 2019).

[11] An Ecology of Peace (“EoP”) climate emergency declaration is based on EoP law. A Babylon War is Peace (“WiP”) climate emergency declaration consciously or unconsciously is based on Babylon WiP law.

[11.1] Ecology of Peace – aka Garden of Eden – law clearly, simply and unequivocally enforces existing – and/or advocates on behalf of implementing – EoP international law requiring citizens to procreate and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits; to avoid ecological overshoot and racial, religious, class and gender resource conflict.

[11.2] Babylon War is Peace law consciously or unconsciously, negligently or intentionally enforces existing Babylon WiP international law allowing citizens to procreate and/or consume above ecological carrying capacity limits; resulting in ecological overshoot and racial, religious, class and gender resource conflict.

The SA Constitutional Court Re: Ecology of Peace law:

[12] The Ecology of Peace Truth and Reconciliation (“EoP TRC”) to End Abel and Kane Cold War Pro Se Amicus submitted – with consent from SA Concourt Justices  [PDF] – to the South African Constitutional Court in CCT 23-10: The Citizen v Robert McBride [tc-v-rm] argued that South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission was negligent and/or a fraud, denying both sides – Apartheid and Anti-Apartheid – an honest enquiry into the root — clauses of international law enabling procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits — causes of all planetary racial, religious and class resource conflict.

[13.1] The EoP UN Resolution documentation is the updated version of the EoP TRC Amicus submitted to the Concourt in CCT 23-10: Citizen v McBride.

[Council Name] Ecology of Peace UN Resolution Declaration

Motion: This house declares its [consent/objection] to Applicants H 111/19: LJ v Lindiwe Sisulu Ecology of Peace UN Resolution draft text and definitions [pp.42]; to implement EoP Scientific and Cultural law based on EoP Footprint as binding international law; to enable Ecology of Peace Truth and Reconciliation (“EoP TRC”) to End Abel and Kane Cold War to [A] enable responsible freedom orderly and humane – de-industrialization and depopulation, prisoner release, land reform and denuclearization – shut down of the Babylon War is Peace Ponzi Swamp economy; [B] require all citizens of all races, religions, nations, to breed and consume below ecological carrying capacity limits; or be humanely eliminated from the planetary genepool; [C] nationalize all property and provide all responsible freedom oath citizens: (i) with cultural law self rule for groups with subjective racial, religious & gender identities; and (ii) a property ration land reform to enable their shelter and survival self-sufficiency to enable the rebuilding of a relocalized low-tech organic agrarian sustainable future.

If House of Commons 01 May Climate Emergency Declaration is EoP:

If the 01 May 2019 House of Commons Climate Emergency Declaration vote was unconsciously an Ecology of Peace – Exit Babylon Ecocide Law: Climate Emergency – UN Resolution Declaration.

If so please complete the enclosed Ecology of Peace – Exit Babylon Ecocide Law: Climate Emergency – UN Resolution Declaration [PDF Encl]

If so: UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson can submit EoP UN Resolution as the UK’s EoP Brexit written proposal to the EU.

If so: Michel Barnier can submit UK’s EoP Brexit resolution to EU MEP’s for their vote.

If so: If EU MEP’s vote in favour of EoP UN Resolution; UK Prime Minister Johnson and EU President Claude Juncker can submit such EoP UN Resolution to the UN General Assembly for all UN General Assembly nations vote.

If House of Commons 01 May Climate Emergency Declaration is WiP:

If so: House of Commons MP’s, and/or UK Prime Minister shall again be provided the opportunity to vote – via UK Ambassador to UN General Assembly – on an Ecology of Peace – Exit Babylon Ecocide Law: Climate Emergency – UN Resolution.
