If so: Please find enclosed Direct EoP Pro Se Application: LJ v Speaker: House of Commons & 11 Others [PDF]; requesting ‘EoP or WiP’ Legal Certainty Clarification of 23 June 2016 Brexit Referendum and 01 May 2019 House of Commons Climate Emergency Declaration; for Applicant & EU President Respondent in ZA: Grg H 111/19: LJ v LS & 8 Others.

If not: Applicant shall conclude that the UK Supreme Court is a WiP Only Court.
