Lord Chief Justice:

EoP Req for Info: N.Ireland Royal Courts of Justice: Lord Chief Justice.

This is a request for information related to the attached Direct Pro Se Ecology of Peace (“EoP”) law application filed with the UK Supreme Court Registrar on 07 October 2019.

If N.Ireland Royal Courts of Justice accept EoP Pro Se applications, I can amend the application for filing in your court, or any Northern Ireland court that accepts EoP Pro Se applications.

A number of respondents are resident in Northern Ireland and consequently subject to Northern Ireland courts jurisdiction.

If I cannot find any UK lower court with jurisdiction over any respondent to accept this EoP Pro Se application, I can submit all the Clerk of the Court ‘WiP Only court’ confirmations to the UK Supreme Court on appeal / review. As of date none of the lower courts that I have contacted have been willing to confirm that they accept EoP Pro Se applications or confirm that they are WiP Only courts [12 Oct: EoP Req for Info: Gloucestershire Court: Clerk of Court; 12 Oct: EoP Req for Info: London & Westminister Court: Clerk of Court]. If I do find a lower court with jurisdiction that accepts EoP Pro Se applications, I can amend the application and file it in such lower court.

FYI: The European Court of Human Rights Registrar does accept EoP Pro Se applications.

Summary of EoP Pro Se Application:

07 October filing with UK Supreme Court Registrar:

Does the UK Supreme Court accept Direct Pro Se Ecology of Peace law Applications?

The requested Gen Ludd Wilberforce Declaratory Order [Annex A.3: PDF] clarifies the difference between Ecology of Peace and Babylon Masonic War is Peace courts, law, applications and referendums.

If so: Please find enclosed Direct EoP Pro Se Application: LJ v Speaker: House of Commons & 11 Others [PDF]; requesting ‘EoP or WiP’ Legal Certainty Clarification of 23 June 2016 Brexit Referendum and 01 May 2019 House of Commons Climate Emergency Declaration; for Applicant & EU President Respondent in ZA: Grg H 111/19: LJ v LS & 8 Others.

If not: Applicant shall conclude that the UK Supreme Court is a WiP Only Court.

If none of the respondents object to the courts decision to be a WiP Only Court; applicant shall conclude that Respondents consent to (a) UK Supreme Court being a WiP Only court; (b) 23 June 2016 Brexit Referendum being confirmed to be a Babylon WiP referendum; and (c) 01 May 2019 House of Commons Climate Emergency Declaration being confirmed to be a Babylon WiP declaration.

On 10 October 2019 the UK Supreme Court Registrar responded [PDF: 10 Oct: UK SC: Registrar: Angela Chandler: Re: LJ v Speaker: House of Commons] stating:

I acknowledge receipt of your email dated 6 October 2019.
Claims and originating applications cannot be issued in this Court.

On 10 October 2019 I responded to the UKSC Regisrar with my interpretation of her response [10 Oct: LJ Re: UKSC-LdM: UKSC is WiP Only Court subject to LJvSHoC & RvPM Consent] informing her among others that:

If UK Supreme Court is potentially a temporary or permanent EoP and WiP Supreme Court of Appeal:

Request for Information:

Please provide details of EoP and WiP courts in UK that accept EoP originating applications.
If so provided: I can submit the EoP Pro Se application to such court for their enquiry.
» EoP Leg Sub: 10 Oct: LJ Re: UKSC-LdM: UKSC is WiP Only Court subject to LJvSHoC & RvPM Consent.

On 26 Sep 2019, I submitted a request to Gina Miller [26 Sep: EoP Req for Env. Info to Gina Miller ITO Aarhus Convention] to enquire whether she was aware of any ‘EoP and WiP’ courts in the UK, but as of date I have not received a response.

The – UK Supreme Court is a WiP Only Court, subject to LJ v SHoC and R v PM consent – 18 Oct  deadline [10 Oct: LJ Re: UKSC-LdM: UKSC is WiP Only Court subject to LJvSHoC & RvPM Consent] was set by me to ascertain the level of potential support for PM Johnson to submit an EoP – Exit Babylon Ecocide Law – UN Resolution proposal to the EU.

[28] If House of Commons 01 May Climate Emergency Declaration is EoP:

[28.1] If or when the 01 May 2019 House of Commons agree to upgrade their Climate Emergency Declaration vote to an EoP – Climate Emergency – UN Resolution [Annex B.3] Declaration [Annex C], vote.

[28.2] If it passes: UK Prime Minister Boris Johnson can – if he chooses to do so – use such EoP – Exit Babylon Ecocide Law / Climate and Ecological Emergency – Resolution Declaration as a mandate to submit EoP UN  – Exit Babylon Ecocide Law / Climate and Ecological Emergency – Resolution to Michel Barnier; as the UK’s EoP Brexit written proposal to the EU. EoP correspondence to Michel Barnier Brexit Task Force [eop-v-tf50]

[28.3] If accepted by Michel Barnier on behalf of the European Union; or by European Union Presidents/Prime Ministers and EU MEP’s; UK Prime Minister Johnson and EU President Claude Juncker can submit such EoP UN Resolution to the UN General Assembly for all UN General Assembly nations vote.
» EoP Leg Sub: 07 Oct: EoP Req for Info UKSC Registry Filing: LJ v Speaker: House of Commons et al: Affidavit [PDF]

The House of Commons declined to upgrade their Climate Emergency Declaration to an EoP – Climate Emergency – UN Resolution Declaration by 17 October; and in the absence of a UK citizen mandate for an EoP Brexit proposal, PM Johnson proceeded with his WiP Brexit proposal. The 18 October 2019: 17:00 +0700 deadline is hereby extended to 30 October 2019: 17:00 + 0200.

The deadline is extended for the purposes of clarifying whether (a) the New IRA’s 17 Oct Brexit objection and (b) XR lawyers letter to Metropolitan Police Directorate objections to Section 14 protest restrictions [17 Oct: EoP Re: XR v Met Police: PHain v Solicitors Reg Auth], were EoP or WiP.

Unclear if New IRA 17 Oct WiP Brexit Objection is EoP or WiP:

It is unclear whether New IRA’s 17 October Brexit objection is an EoP or WiP law motivated objection.

17 Oct: New IRA says Brexit border infrastructure will be ‘legitimate target for attack’:
In an interview with Channel 4 News, the New IRA said it was committed to ‘armed actions’ against border infrastructure – and ‘the people who are manning them’.  The New IRA has broken its long silence over Brexit, saying any border infrastructure would be a “legitimate target for attack”. In an interview with Channel 4 News – thought to be their first on-camera interview for decades – a masked spokesman for the proscribed group said: “The IRA is an army. And as an army we are committed to armed struggle for political and social change in Ireland.” “Bearing in mind any installation or aspects of British occupation within the Six Counties – be it at the border or elsewhere – any infrastructure would be a legitimate target for attack and armed actions against those infrastructures and against the people who are manning them.” The man added: “There’s been a border since 1921. It’s been resisted. It is being resisted. It will be resisted regardless of any deal formed around it.” – Channel 4 News: New IRA says border infrastructure would be ‘legitimate target for attack’; Post Civ: End:Civ Resist or Die.
» EoP Leg Sub: 19 Oct: EoP Obs: New IRA, Sammy the Bull and Putin’s Arctic Falcon break their silence.

20 Oct: George Galloway: PM’s WiP Brexit Deal is Ireland Reunification deal.
Boris Johnson has recognized that actually the division of Ireland is a very foolish thing and that it is a hundred years overdue in the reunification of Ireland, so he has placed the six counties of the North of Ireland on a fast track, I think to reunification. – RT: Galloway on poss free #BrexitDeal vote: “Labour will pay terrible price if they ‘wreck Brexit'”.

If WiP motivated it is a dispute between two WiP factions for control of WiP Babylon innocence for – procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits – sale indulgences secular socio-polegal legislation power. If so, apologies for bothering with EoP law request for information enquiry.

If EoP motivated it may be an – Prince Frederick III, Elector of Saxony arranged to have Luther intercepted on his way home in the forest near Wittenberg to escort Luther to the security of the Wartburg Castle at Eisenach – armed escort offer to EoP Martin Luther in her efforts to confront UK’s secular Babylon WiP Pope Supreme Court Justices and Priest Judges, Magistrates and Queens Counsels, and politician legislators et al; about their innocence for – procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits – sale indulgences secular socio-polegal juridical practices.

If EoP motivated: I suggest New IRA officials submit their EoP UN Resolution Declaration to EoP MILED Clerk directly; or if they fear electronic surveillance, via their journalist or a lawyer contact. It does not have to contain New IRA members real names. EoP’s MILED Clerk cooperates with any EoP TRC motivated military and intelligence official of any agency or paramilitary group, whether communist, nazi, national socialist, socialist, pan African, etc.

If your EoP UN Resolution Declaration motivates other paramilitary, military and/or civilian military groups or organizations to sign their EoP UN Resolution Declarations, then its possible Heads of State will take notice of such mandate and proceed to cooperate to implement EoP UN Resolution; and if not: depending on number of cooperating paramilitary groups, military officials may choose to vote EoP TRC, when provided their Military Democracy vote [10 Aug: EoP Applicants: Draft: MilDem EoP UN Resolution Martial Law].

The H 111/19: LJ v LS: EoP TRC: EoP UN Resolution; or No EoP TRC: US v TJM Siberia Assisted Suicide [lj-v-ls] deadline is 16 December 2019 [04 Sep: Sheriff Svc to LJvLS CH-UN-CN-BE-US-RU Amb Resp Deadline extended to 16 Dec 2019].
