Summary: Unlawful Dismissal: The employee [Lara] and employer [Gill] entered into a verbal SQWorms-RoyGirlFriday barter exchange agreement in May 2014. Tenant employee provided labour services – walk Alsation Dog Roy 3 times a week, Girl Friday standby on call services, composting dog poo, etc – in exchange for use of approximately 37m2 garden property, on the SE corner of Gills property at 18 Chestnut St, Heatherpark; for Lara’s worm farm. The employer died on 04 March 2020, with a May 2019 written will that does not include QWorms-RoyGirlFriday instructions; and 03 Mar 2020 verbal SQWorms-Roy Adoption agreement instructions. As of date the respondents refuse to honour the 03 Mar 2020 verbal SQWorms-Roy Adoption agreement instructions; & are engaged in unlawful discriminatory dismissal / eviction.
