Please be advised that
I am the Chief Prosecutor of the Bellville Cluster and not Cape Town nor George.
Adv de Kock was the Director of Public Prosecutions for the Western Cape. He is currently the Deputy National Director of the National Prosecution Services.
Adv Bell is currently the Acting Director of Public Prosecutions for the Western Cape.
The NPS does not consider the merits of a case based on affidavits submitted to us. A docket must be opened at SAPS and after investigation, the docket will be submitted to the Senior Prosecutor of that district for decision.
If you are not satisfied with the decision of the Senior Prosecutor, you may direct representations to the office of the Director of Public Prosecutions for the Western Cape at email@example.com.
Please do not include me in future correspondence.
CHIEF PROSECUTOR, BELLVILLE CLUSTER
