Mr Booth

EoP Law Q: William Booth

The Legal Practice Council… has to take a far stronger stand than it has in the past, to send out a message. Everybody is entitled to a [legal] defence. [Re: Capetalk: Defence attorney William Booth calls for action after another CT lawyer shot.]

EoP Law Request for Information:

As I informed the LPC and the George High Court [lj-v-crlrc: AR2M; HoA]: For the past twenty years, I have not been able to find a lawyer willing to provide me with representation of counsel, in accordance with my Ecology of Peace law [eop-v-wip-law] culture; or alternatively standby counsel.

Ecology of Peace law [eop-v-wip-law] culture [eop-axis-oath: LJ]; advocates for EoP TRC to End the Abel and Kane Cold War by the implementation of Ecology of Peace Scientific and Cultural law; via submission of EoP UN Resolution [EoP-AU PDF: pp.12; EoP UN Res: pp.42] to UNGA or ICJ for a UNGA vote or ICJ ruling.

The EoP TRC to End Abel and Kane Cold War Pro Se Amicus submitted – with consent from Sandile Ngcobo [WP: Sandile Ngcobo] SA Concourt Justices [PDF] – to the South African Constitutional Court in CCT 23-10: The Citizen v Robert McBride [tc-v-rm] argued that South Africa’s Truth and Reconciliation Commission was negligent and/or a fraud, denying both sides – Apartheid and Anti-Apartheid – an honest enquiry into the root — clauses of international law enabling procreation and consumption above ecological carrying capacity limits — causes of all planetary racial, religious and class resource conflict. …. The EoP TRC Amicus was supported by an expert witness affidavit from Dr Michael Maher on media censorship of overpopulation causes of resource conflict: Written Statement of Consent by T. Michael Maher, Ph.D, to testify as expert witness for How and Why Journalists Avoid the Population-Environment Connection and Media Framing and Salience of the Population Issue [PDF].
» EoP Leg Sub: 03 May: 03 May: Ngcobo Concourt Justices Order: Citizen v McBride: Lara Johnstone admitted as Amicus Curiae.

I requested SANEF – via SAPA – help; that they write a short article, confirming that Ecology of Peace culture citizens could not find legal representation, hoping to find a lawyer. They refused: It was ‘not news’ that there was a culture in South Africa, who is being denied legal representation by South African lawyers, for the past twenty years.

So I filed a Pro Se application requesting help from CRLRC and LPC.

LPC offered Pro Bono counsel. I consented to fill in a Pro Bono form, if they could confirm that any of the lawyers they had on their list providing Pro Bono services, were willing to provide such services to an individual who was a member of an Ecology of Peace law culture. The LPC refused to confirm that they knew of a lawyer who would be willing to legally represent an EoP law culture citizen voter.

Summary: LJ v CRLRC & One Other:

* H 45/19: LJ v CRLRC and One Other [lj-v-crlrc: PDF]:
» Respondents: 01: CRL Rights Commission; 02: Legal Practice Council
» The application requested [AR2M: PDF] (i) the CRLRC to clarify what information they required to confirm Applicants culture; and (ii) the LPC to clarify if they knew of any lawyers willing to provide Ecology of Peace law culture citizen voters with [a]  representation counsel in accordance with their cultural values; or [b] standby counsel; to ensure that EoP Law voter applicants documentation was in accordance to Rules of Court legal formatting requirements.

» LPC did not file Notice to Oppose, only a letter [PDF]; CRLRC filed Notice to Oppose & Affidavit [PDF]; Applicant Reply Affidavit [PDF].
» CRLRC made a settlement agreement offer to recognize EoP law culture; however could not confirm that (a) CRLRC had an EoP and WiP law commissioner, and/or (b) that they would consent that any dispute between EoP and WiP law cultures would be referred to an EoP and WiP Law conflict of cultures court.
» CRLRC & LPC consented to Pro Se Set Down Hearing, without them being present. If Judge had any questions for CRLRC or LPC respondents, the judge was requested to submit such questions to them in writing, and they would provided Affidavit answers [Practice Note: PDF]. Judge Erasmus Registrar: Faadiah Davids placed matter on roll for 01 Nov 2019.

* 01 Nov 2019: Pro Se Set Down: 01 Nov 2019 Hearing Transcript: Case Dismissed.

* 09 Mar 2020: Filing Letter to Judge Nathan Erasmus & JSC [PDF: pp.50]: Re: 09 Nov 2019: LJ Re: Notice: Judicial Service Commission and Judge NC Erasmus: EoP Applicant Statement to Judge Erasmus: Request Written Reasons for Case Dismissal: EoP Applicant Statement to Judicial Service Commission: Request EoP and WiP Conflict of Cultures Judge: Case Dismissal Merit Issues in Dispute; Case Dismissal Process Issues in Dispute.

As of date there has been no response from Judge Erasmus and/or the Judicial Service Commission to my request for Judge Erasmus to refer the H 45/19: LJ v CRLRC application to Judge Colin Lamont and/or Justice Sandile Ngcobo [EoP Applicant Statement to Judicial Service Commission: Request EoP and WiP Conflict of Cultures Judge] who have previously indicated that Ecology of Peace law arguments and evidence are welcome into their court proceedings and court record.
