LJvSGMC: Upd Re S-WCPP EoP TRC Vote Transparency Notices.

Enclosed please find a transparency copy of applicants promised [14 Dec: H 225/19: LJ v SGMC: S-WCPP EoP UN Res Decl Vote deadline: 10 Feb 2020] transparency notifications [PDF: pp.181].

It includes Applicant 14 Dec 2019 response to Speaker WCPP: Withdrawal of Notice to Oppose; and Transparency Notices to: Democratic Alliance leadership, WC Province, District, Municipal and Metro Municipality Mayors, Speakers and Councillors, a few potentially interested SA individuals, organizations and George and Capetown media editors.

It also includes Applicant correspondence to Dr Guy McPherson whom I consider the most credible academic on near term extinction climate change reality. The correspondence to Dr. McPherson includes EoP answers to some of the McPherson paradox questions he has publicly expressed, and a summary overview of how EoP UN Resolution – if implemented – would mitigate his impending near term extinction climate change predictions.

It also includes Applicant correspondence to US Senators and Congresspersons regarding their lack of response to issues of Truth and Reconcliation of the Oklahoma City Bombing, referenced in H 111/19: LJ v Lindiwe Sisulu and Eight Others.

Aforementioned list of individuals and organizations is not a comprehensive list of all individuals and organizations notified of WCPP Cllrs impending EoP TRC vote.

A full list of all individuals who have been notified of WCPP Cllrs impending EoP TRC vote can be found at: http://eop-leg-sub.tygae.org.za/tag/sgmc-tntccorr/

EoP – Russia Africa Summit – Observations:

It is further my interpretation that the 15 Jan 2020 events in Russia [RT: Russian government resigns; Kremlin: Executive Order on the Government of the Russian Federation; Working group set up to draft proposals for amending the Constitution] was a multi-tasking signal with regard to resignation options provided for in McVeigh2020 [McVeigh2020] platform to implement EoP UN Resolution; viz a viz recommended EoP – US-RU-CN-NATO – Axis alliance [30 Nov: EoP Re: National Comm on Military, National and Public Service Enquiry].

In the event that LJ v LS respondents are provided with a reasonable EoP UN Resolution Declaration mandate; such mandate could be submitted to Kremlin working group, providing President Putin with an opportunity to move quickly in terms of steering of the Russian ship of state towards cooperating towards the authorization of EoP UN Resolution for submission to UN General Assembly; and vice versa.

In the context of cooperating towards advocacy in support of WCPP Cllrs voting in support of an EoP TRC vote; you may wish to consider the research of Nestar Russell, Annette Bolton and Astrid Dannenberg:

97.5 % of normal people, given opportunity to obey ethical laws, prefer to do so.
Nestar Russell and Annette Bolton: Awareness of impending climate catastrophe has greatly increased over the last 30 years. Increasing awareness, however, has not translated into decreasing but instead increasing greenhouse gas emissions.  …… Interestingly, as illustrated by Milgram’s previously mentioned Subject Free to Choose Shock Level condition, when ordinary people at the end of an organisational chain (e.g., consumers) are aware of the harmful consequences of their actions and they are then offered the unimpeded option to act ethically, 97.5 per cent chose to do so. As long as their self-interests are not too heavily compromised by manipulative up-stream meddling, Milgram’s research clearly illustrates that most people prefer to pursue what they understand to be the morally right course of action. Thus, perhaps more than any other factor, our present inability to avert climate catastrophe is largely an abuse of (mostly higher) power and a total failure of leadership. The fish rots from the head down. – MPDI: “Climate Catastrophe and Stanley Milgram’s Electric Shock “Obedience” Experiments: An Uncanny Analogy” [PDF].

Collective Change, Clarity of Language Enable Trust & Cooperation:
When Actions required of individuals, groups or nations for collective change are:
* clear in simple laypersons language that is unambiguous, trust and incentives for cooperation are strong; and the chances are greater that such change can be implemented and enforced.
* vague and ambiguous; cheating and free riding results; and the chances are low to non-existent that such change can be implemented and enforced.
» SQSwans: Astrid Dannenberg:

If you have made any decisions as to when you intend to submit EoP UN Resolution to WCPP Cllrs for their EoP TRC or No EoP TRC vote; please let me know.

If you have any requests or recommendations for transparency notices to be sent to any organization or corporation, to provide them with a transparency notice prior to your intended vote, please let me know.

EoP TRC Negotiations correspondence is published at EoP Leg Sub [eop-leg-sub.tygae.org.za]
