I am writing to enquire whether I can rent some space at your 09 Taaibos Ave property, to store some of my SQWorms [sqworms.tygae.org.za] vermin-composting property, which includes wooden and metal composting boxes, which include composting materials – grass cuttings, leaves, sawdust, etc – for composting; and material already mixed being composted by red wriggler worms.

Space Requested: Approx 20-30 m2
Period of Rental: asap to 31 Dec 2020
Type of Space: uncovered garden property
Rental Payment: Barter Exchange or Cash
Suggested Rental: R 150 / 10m2 per month
[My dad paid R200 / 12.5 m2  garage rental for his golfcart to Elsabe]

If you are willing to consider barter exchange:
I noticed that you are storing a large quantity of leaves on the property, presumably for composting. If so: I could make a couple of extra composting boxes, where I could compost your composting materials; and I could vermi-compost them for you, as barter exchange payment. Alternatively you may have other forms of labour / services that I could provide mutually beneficial for a barter exchange agreement that does not involve the exchange of fiat currency.

Other ideas I had about your unused garden property:
Turning the garden property that you don’t use and don’t intend to use, into a sort of barter exchange community garden; where Taaibos Ave residents who lack space to grow veggies in their gardens, can enter into a community garden barter exchange agreement with you [SQ-CS: The Power of Community: How Cuba Survived Peak Oil].

My previous SQWorms barter exchange landlord / employer at 18 Chestnut St died in early March of old age. Her children and property heirs do not want to extend the original SQWorms barter exchange landlord / employer agreement. If you are interested, I suggest a written agreement, to avoid misunderstandings.

Re: 31 December 2020 date:
As documented in my George High Court application: LJ v Lindiwe Sisulu and Eight Others [lj-v-ls: PDF].

If EoP UN Resolution [pp.25-67] has been authorized to be submitted to UN General Assembly by 31 December 2020 [09 Mar: FilingLetter to Judge Nathan Erasmus: PDF; 16 Apr: CCMA 1063-20: LJ v TRC: Draft Settlement Agreement]; then depending on how our barter exchange agreement is going, we can renew it until the date of the EoP UN Resolution vote, or end it, and I can make other arrangements.

If EoP UN Resolution [pp.25-67] has not been authorized to be submitted to UN General Assembly by 31 December 2020; then I will be selling my SQWorms and other property to make plans for my Siberia Assisted Suicide departure [31 May: LJ Re Dignitas 27757: Exemption of Membership Fees]. I am not interested in sticking around for the WiP law deindustrialization and depopulation – race, religious, class and gender wars – resource conflict.
