Subject: Re: CCMA 1063-20: LJ v TRC: Setdown Arbitration
I am writing in my capacity as the Executive Director of the Institute for Justice and Reconciliation (IJR). The IJR has no formal association with the TRC and I am therefore not sure why we are listed as respondents. The IJR is an NGO that was started by Professor Charles Villa-Vicencio and was never intended nor acted as a continuation of the TRC.
